Not Every Idea Proves Possible
Not every idea will make it from ideation to implementation. But all ideas are welcomed and reviewed.
But Everyone Can Be Involved
Idea submission is just one of the many ways that you can participate in iLab. Get involved by rating, commenting and collaborating on ideas.
Ideas are posted to the View Ideas page for the community to read, comment and rate. They will be evaluated based on various criteria and will move through a staged process.
Invite your friends to join the conversation on your idea by clicking Share. Open your idea in View Ideas, click Share and input the recipients and message to send. You can also create a team with your friends to collaborate on an idea together.
Rate ideas to help them graduate through the stages of the competition. Go to the View Ideas page and click the appropriate star to show your support for an idea. When rating an idea, consider revenue generating or cost saving potential.
Join in on the conversation by reading ideas on the View Ideas page and commenting. The goal of this is to provide feedback to help improve the idea. Please be candid, courteous and respectful in your comments. Remember "Our Values."

Ideas that do not graduate to the next stage are housed in the parking lot for future review
What Happens To My Idea?
All ideas are reviewed. Those that generate higher ratings, comments and social interaction will filter to the top and move to Stage 2. The idea owner will be notified via email if their idea graduates.
Not all ideas will generate the same level of engagement. All ideas will be reviewed but may not move onto Stage 2. Keep posting ideas and reviewing others as it may spur creativity for your next idea!
