Incentives Matter
iLab offers incentives for your great ideas to reward a job well done. Depending on how far your idea advances in the process, you could qualify to earn rewards like bragging rights with your friends or cash prizes. The Money Maker iLab challenge offers up to a $5,000 award for ideas that are implemented.
Incentives for the Money Makers and Money Savers platforms are as follows:
Money Makers
- $500: Ideas recommended after the Subject Matter Expert review
- $1,500: Full business case developed and presented to management
- $3,000: Approved business case for implementation
Money Savers
- $5,000: Ideas that are implemented to reduce costs
Note:
- Only Georgia Power employees are eligible
- Incentives will be grossed up for taxes
- Incentives are subject to change at anytime
